Recently, FASTKIN completes test‑station modification for solar mounting fasteners. Cold‑forging forming for T‑bolts and spring channel nuts is optimized. Salt‑spray and wind‑vibration simulation tests are added to strengthen anti‑corrosion and vibration‑locking performance for outdoor service.

Production‑Line & Test Optimization Items

• Renew cold‑forging dies for T‑bolts and spring channel nuts to improve sliding and locking performance inside aluminum profile channel;
• Improve in‑process inspection for stainless‑steel passivation and dacromet coating to mitigate corrosion risk in salt‑spray environment;
• Add long‑period salt‑spray test station for sampling verification of different anti‑corrosion solutions;
• Set‑up simulated wind‑vibration test to check anti‑loosening performance under alternating cyclic load.

Improved Delivery Performance

After modification, T‑bolts, spring channel nuts, flange bolts and PV self‑drilling screws are subject to stricter control. Salt‑spray and vibration‑test records are available for ground‑mount, rooftop‑distributed and fishery‑solar hybrid projects upon request.
