To meet growing orders, our factory has completed production‑line upgrade and expanded dedicated workshops for PV fasteners. We optimize full‑process control including raw‑material incoming inspection, stamping, heat treatment, surface finishing and finished‑goods testing. Production capacity for 2205 duplex stainless steel, 316 and weather‑resistant carbon‑steel bolts, nuts and washers has been greatly enhanced.
We upgrade salt‑spray chamber, tensile‑strength and hardness testing equipment. Material certificates, salt‑spray reports and mechanical test reports are available for each batch to satisfy tender documentation requirements for worldwide PV projects. Custom surface finishing solutions are offered for harsh conditions such as coastal salt‑spray, high‑humidity and chemical‑polluted sites.
Apart from standard solar bolts, clamping screws and combined washers, drawing‑based and sample‑based custom development is available. We support small‑batch sampling up to mass‑volume production with shortened lead‑time, developing special connecting parts for solar trackers and PV‑energy‑storage integrated equipment.
